Our Material: True gauge hot rolled steel in 4 and 6 inch widths coated with a powder specially designed for our application. |

Our Process: The steel first passes though a five stage washer where it is cleaned in a alkaline bath, rinsed, coated with a iron phosphate crystalline layer to aid paint adhesion, then rinsed twice more. Next it is electro-static coated with powder paint and cured at 405° for 15 minutes . |
